Jon Mathewson, Curator

Jon entered the museum world after receiving his BA in History from Union College and his MA in History from the University of Vermont. He has curated the collections at the American Museum of Fly Fishing in Manchester, the Henry Sheldon Museum of
Vermont History in Middlebury, as well as many private collections.

He has served on the Boards of the Slate Valley Museum in Granville, NY, and the Middletown
Springs (VT) Historical Society. He has been with
the Dorset Historical Society since 2011.
